Founded in 1996, Maxis Advisors applies its expertise in site selection and incentive negotiations to increase project ROI and IRR for manufacturing, distribution, office, service industry and real estate development projects. Since its founding, Maxis Advisors has performed site selection and incentive negotiation services in over 45 states and territories. We have negotiated and secured over 5.2 billion dollars in incentives for Maxis’ clients who have created more than $12.5 billion in investments and 20,000 new jobs nationwide.
