Dianne Jones Recognized Among 50 Most Influential Women by Mecklenburg Times
Dianne Jones, Senior Manager of Client Services at Maxis Advisors, has been named to the Mecklenburg Times’ 2021 List of 50 Most Influential Women.
“I cannot think of a person that is more deserving of this recognition. Dianne Jones joined Maxis in 2013 to provide site selection and incentives negotiation services to both privately held and publicly traded companies. Internally, Dianne has been a strategic resource to both the business development and project management teams, ensuring excellent client relationships and successful project implementations. Her expertise has assisted several expansion and relocation projects, ranging in size from $120,000 to $113 million. Some of Dianne’s recent projects which located in the Charlotte market include:

Before joining Maxis, Dianne worked as a Senior Paralegal at The Hutchens Law Firm, with a focus in creditor rights and real estate. Dianne holds her real estate license in both North and South Carolina and is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women.)
Dianne is extremely passionate about growing the workforce opportunities for young people in the Charlotte area and has been involved in a variety of efforts focused on such opportunities. In 2019, she invited contacts from the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System, the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County to come together in Greenville, South Carolina to witness how this community was working together to provide a pipeline of opportunities for youth which affords them the ability to learn how to recognize well-paying jobs that do not require a four year degree. She has mentored students at East Mecklenburg High School, Queens College, The University of North Carolina-Charlotte, and Winthrop University, and serves on CREW Charlotte’s Student Outreach committee.
Dianne is also generous in sharing her time and expertise with young professional women, helping them navigate through milestones such as taking on leadership roles, first home buying, starting a family and being a working mother. She is a mentor for several women in business who are employed at firms like Duke Energy, Colliers, as well as several general construction and brokerage firms in the region.
Dianne sits on the board of directors for Legal Studies at her alma mater, Methodist University, as well as the board of directors at East Mecklenburg High School where she graduated. She resides in Charlotte with her husband, Andra, and daughters Hayden and Emory.
