Jessica D’Annunzio Named Executive Vice President of Maxis Advisors
Atlanta, Ga. (May 10, 2023) – As Foundry Commercial continues to build out verticals ranging from corporate solutions to retail investment, the firm announces it has hired Jessica D’Annunzio as Executive Vice President leading Maxis Advisors, a location analysis and incentives advisory firm that Foundry acquired in late 2021. Maxis has experienced significant growth in the past year-and-a-half as more companies need help evaluating locations along with the increasingly important labor analytics and maximization of incentives.
In her role, she leads the team of business development and execution professionals at Maxis, growing the current platform to serve clients around the globe seeking optimal locations and maximized financial opportunities. D’Annunzio has spent the better part of her 20-year career in commercial real estate, demonstrating an acuity for optimizing clients’ real estate footprints, enabling them to be more productive, reducing expenses, reengineering supply chains, attracting top talent, and ultimately utilizing their network of space as an asset for operational success.
She comes to Maxis after 9 years as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Solutions at Colliers International, where she developed cost-saving strategies to maximize efficiencies for corporate accounts. She worked with a variety of Fortune 1000 clients, specializing in corporate users of industrial and office locations. Prior to that, she worked in the Strategic Consulting Group for JLL for just over four years, where she advised clients on corporate strategy. Part of her role involved running the Location Advisory group for JLL, where she was tasked with building the team and advising clients on relocation strategies. Her success in that position made her an attractive candidate to move into a national sales role with the firm, where she designed outsourced solutions for large corporate accounts on JLL’s Solutions Development Team.

In December 2021, Maxis Advisors was acquired by Foundry Commercial, in a strategic move to cross-promote incentive negotiation, location analysis, site selection, and labor analytics services among clients.

D’Annunzio earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. In 2004, she graduated with an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
